These starter terms explain the first-version operating assumptions.
Software provider
MITSOL provides pharmacy management software and support; it does not operate the tenant pharmacy businesses that use the platform.
Use of service
Each pharmacy is responsible for accurate medicines, stock, sales, purchase, customer, tax, and user data entered into its tenant.
Subscription
Access depends on trial or active subscription status. Expired tenants may be limited to read-only access.
Payments
Manual payments are confirmed by MITSOL staff. No automatic provider verification is currently enabled.
Compliance
Each pharmacy remains responsible for professional, regulatory, tax, and business compliance in its own jurisdiction.
